This document outlines the terms and conditions for the use of the Bitmain Antminer (hereinafter referred to
as "the Machine") provided by CryptoMiners Limited and rented by the User (hereinafter referred to as "the
User"). By renting the Machine, both CryptoMiners Limited and the User agree to abide by the following
terms and conditions:
1. Proper Use
1.1. Proper Working Condition
CryptoMiners Limited shall ensure that the Machine is in proper working condition, in accordance with the
manufacturer's guidelines and instructions, prior to delivery or making it available for use by the User.
1.2. User Support and Information
CryptoMiners Limited shall provide the User with all necessary information, guidelines, and support for the
intended use of the Machine. This may include, but is not limited to, providing manuals and access to
customer support services.
2. Location and Installation
2.1. Designated Farm Location
The Machine will be installed and operated at a designated farm location managed by CryptoMiners Limited.
This ensures the Machine is located in an optimal environment for efficient mining operations.
2.2. Proper Installation and Setup
CryptoMiners Limited is responsible for the proper installation and setup of the Machine, following the
manufacturer's guidelines to ensure the Machine functions correctly and safely from the beginning of its
operation.
2.3. Ongoing Maintenance
CryptoMiners Limited shall conduct ongoing maintenance of the Machine in compliance with the
manufacturer's guidelines. This includes regular inspections, cleaning, and repairs as necessary to ensure the
Machine's optimal performance and longevity.
2.4. Manufacturer's Guidelines Compliance
CryptoMiners Limited is responsible for adhering to the manufacturer's guidelines when installing, setting up,
and maintaining the Machine. This ensures the Machine is operated safely and efficiently, and that its
warranty remains valid.
2.5. Infrastructure and Connectivity
CryptoMiners Limited shall provide the necessary infrastructure and connectivity for the Machine, including
power supply, cooling systems, and internet access. This ensures the Machine operates continuously and
effectively, without interruption due to insufficient resources or connectivity issues.
3. Maintenance and Repairs
3.1. Routine Maintenance
CryptoMiners Limited is responsible for performing routine maintenance on the Machine, following the
manufacturer's guidelines. This ensures the Machine remains in optimal working condition and helps prevent
potential issues from arising.
3.2. Prompt Repairs
CryptoMiners Limited shall promptly address any necessary repairs reported by the User. This ensures any
issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, minimizing any disruption to the User's mining operations.
3.3. Replacement Machine
If necessary, CryptoMiners Limited will provide a replacement Machine during the repair period. This
ensures the User's mining operations can continue uninterrupted while the original Machine is being repaired.
3.4. Manufacturer's Guidelines
CryptoMiners Limited is responsible for adhering to the manufacturer's guidelines when performing
maintenance and repairs. This ensures the Machine is maintained and repaired correctly, and that its warranty
remains valid.
3.5. Communication with User
CryptoMiners Limited shall maintain open and timely communication with the User regarding the progress of
maintenance and repair activities. This allows the User to stay informed about the status of their Machine and
helps manage expectations during the repair process.
4. Safety
4.1. Machine Safety and Security
CryptoMiners Limited shall ensure that the Machine is safe and secure for operation, regularly inspecting and
maintaining the Machine to prevent potential hazards.
4.2. Accident Prevention
CryptoMiners Limited will take necessary precautions to prevent accidents or damage to property during the
operation of the Machine. This includes implementing safety measures, such as barriers or warning signs, as
needed to maintain a secure environment.
4.3. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
The User is strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their account. This added layer
of security requires the User to provide a secondary verification method (such as a unique code from a mobile
app or a text message) in addition to their password, making it more difficult for unauthorized individuals to
access their account.
4.4. User Responsibility
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their
password and any 2FA methods. CryptoMiners Limited cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized
access or loss of the User's account resulting from the User's failure to properly safeguard their account
information.
4.5. Password Best Practices
The User is advised to follow best practices for creating a strong password, such as using a combination of
uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. It is also recommended that the User
changes their password regularly and avoids using the same password for multiple accounts.
5. Liability
5.1. Responsibility for Damages, Losses, or Injuries
CryptoMiners Limited assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use of the
Machine. This covers damages or losses caused by the Machine's malfunction or any other issues related to
the Machine.
5.2. Indemnification and Hold Harmless
CryptoMiners Limited shall indemnify and hold the User harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities
arising from the use of the Machine, as provided by CryptoMiners Limited. This means that if any third party
makes a claim against the User related to the Machine, CryptoMiners Limited will cover the User's expenses,
including legal fees, and protect them from any financial loss.
5.3. Resolution of Liability Issues
In case of any disputes or issues related to liability, CryptoMiners Limited will work with the User to find a
fair resolution. This may include investigating the cause of the damage, loss, or injury, and determining the
appropriate compensation or remedial actions.
6. Modifications
6.1. No Unauthorized Modifications
CryptoMiners Limited shall not make any modifications, alterations, or adjustments to the Machine without
the prior written consent of the manufacturer. This includes any changes to the Machine's hardware, software,
or configuration settings that may impact its performance or operation.
6.2. Prior Written Consent
If CryptoMiners Limited wishes to make any modifications to the Machine, they must first obtain written
consent from the manufacturer. This ensures that any changes are approved and in line with the
manufacturer's guidelines and recommendations.
6.3. Notification of Modifications
If CryptoMiners Limited obtains written consent from the manufacturer to make any modifications, they must
inform the User of these changes. This allows the User to be aware of any potential impacts on the Machine's
performance, safety, or operation.
7. Payments and Invoices
7.1. Accepted Payment Method
CryptoMiners Limited accepts payments exclusively in Bitcoin (BTC) for all transactions related to the rental
of mining machines.
7.2. Making Payments
The User is responsible for ensuring that all payments are made using the correct Bitcoin wallet address
provided by CryptoMiners Limited and that the transaction details are accurate.
7.3. Invoices
Invoices for all transactions will be sent to the User's registered email address upon successful completion of
the payment.
7.4. Accessing Invoices
In addition to receiving invoices via email, the User can access and download their invoices by logging into
their account on cryptominers.tech website and navigating to the "Documents" section in the client panel.
7.5. Payment Disputes
Any disputes related to payments must be brought to the attention of CryptoMiners Limited within a
reasonable time frame. CryptoMiners Limited will work with the User to resolve any payment issues
promptly and fairly.
7.6. Payment Status Update
Upon receipt of the User's payment, CryptoMiners Limited will update the payment status on the User's
account on the company website. The User can monitor the progress of their payment by logging into their
account.
7.7. Blockchain Confirmation
CryptoMiners Limited requires one confirmation on the blockchain for the transaction to be considered
complete. Once the required confirmation is received, the payment status on the User's account will be
automatically updated to "Completed."
8. Withdrawal
8.1. Withdrawal Request
Users can submit a withdrawal request for their earnings through the platform. The withdrawal process and
requirements will be detailed in the platform's user interface.
8.2. Withdrawal Method
Withdrawals will be made in the form of Bitcoin (BTC) to the user's designated wallet address. Users are
responsible for providing a valid and accurate wallet address for receiving the withdrawn funds.
8.3. Withdrawal Fees
CryptoMiners Limited does not charge any withdrawal fees for processing and transferring the funds. Users
can withdraw their earnings in Bitcoin (BTC) without incurring additional costs.
8.4. Processing Withdrawal
Upon receiving a Bitcoin withdrawal request, CryptoMiners Limited will review and process the request
within 24 hours.
9. Governing Law
9.1. Applicable Laws
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab
Emirates (UAE).
9.2. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of the Machine shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
United Arab Emirates (UAE).
1. Warranty Period
1.1. CryptoMiners Limited guarantees mining machines from the manufacturer Bitmain Technologies Ltd.
1.2. The warranty is valid for a period of 24 months from the start date of the rental agreement.
1.3. The warranty period may be extended if the Client chooses to do so before the current warranty period
expires.
2. Warranty Coverage
2.1. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts that have failed due to material or
manufacturing defects.
2.2. All repairs or replacements of parts will be carried out free of charge.
2.3 In the event of a machine failure, a continuous flow of profits from cryptocurrency mining for the Client,
as per the rental agreement, is guaranteed.
3. Conditions of the Warranty
3.1. The condition for using the warranty is the presentation by the Customer of this warranty document.
3.2.The Customer must also provide the invoice as proof of purchase.
3.3. The warranty is valid only for the original Customer and cannot be transferred to another person.
4. Warranty Exclusions
4.1. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper operation of the blockchain network, software
failures, changes in cryptocurrency algorithms, or other external factors affecting machine performance.
4.2. The warranty also does not cover damages resulting from external forces, such as fire, natural forces, or
atmospheric conditions, that have affected the operation of the machine, even though it was not directly
operated by the Client.
5. Claim Procedure
5.1. In case of issues related to the mining machine, the Client should file a complaint with the company
CryptoMiners Limited
5.2. The complaint can be submitted by e-mail, or through the contact form on the company's website.
